What's it all about?

Save Our Seat software is designed to be very easy to use and aims to make planning your event as simple as possible – fun, even!

All you have to do to get started is input your guest list (or copy and paste it from another application), choose your table shapes and number of seats and you're off. After that Save Our Seat takes care of all the tricky bits.

You can keep track of who is attending and who has declined. You can colour-code people who must sit together and those who absolutely must not be anywhere near each other. If you then try to split up a couple (tempting as this might be) or seat two deadly enemies close together Save Our Seat will warn you. You can also highlight people with special dietary requirements or make any other helpful notes for caterers – store whatever information you want.

All you have to do is drag and drop guests into seats or let the software do it for you. It's then really easy to move people around or swap tables to get the perfect mix. Once you are done, you can view your plans by sex or attendance for a final check. Save Our Seat then lets you print out a PDF of the table plans. And you can sit back and toast your success – cheers!
