When you sign up to Save Our Seat, you agree to the following terms:
1. This is a contract between fuzzylime ltd, the proprietor of Save Our Seat and a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC354199) and having our Registered Office at 19 Kingsford Avenue, Glasgow G44 3EU, and you ("the client").
2. You agree to use this site solely for the purposes intended, and not to make false or fraudulent representations.
3. You agree not to post any obscene, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content or content that could lead to conduct of a criminal nature.
4. You agree to be bound by our privacy policy.
5. You are solely responsible for the security of your user account and indemnify Save Our Seat, fuzzylime ltd and their employees from any third-party claims, liability or costs in this regard.
6. The website is hosted on servers based in the United States. Included in this service are nightly backups of all website files and databases. We shall, at all times, use our best endeavours to maintain 100% uptime, although this is not guaranteed.
7. You are not permitted to copy the software or share your account with anyone. If we find out you have breached these terms we will shut down and remove the account and you will lose all data.
8. You warrant absolutely that all text, graphics, photographs, designs, trademarks or artwork are owned by the user, or that the user has permission from the legal owner of same for reproduction. You hereby indemnify Save Our Seat and fuzzylime ltd against all claims resulting from you not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.
9. Save Our Seat, fuzzylime ltd and their employees shall not be held liable for any damages – direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential – arising from access to or use of the software.
10. Save Our Seat reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to an account held by any user which Save Our Seat determines is in breach of this agreement.
11. Save Our Seat software is the copyright of fuzzylime ltd. You agree not to copy, republish or redistribute it.
12. This agreement is interpreted under, and governed by, Scots law.
13. Save Our Seat software has been tested in and is supported by the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Firefox 3 and the latest versions of Google Chrome and Safari. We cannot guarantee that all functions will work properly in Internet Explorer 6 or other older browsers and, if you choose to use them, you do so at your own risk.
14. The responsibility for double-checking all details remains with you, the client. Save Our Seat accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from malfunctions or errors in the software which fails to register all details (ie you retain responsibility for checking all guests appear, all food allergies appear etc).
15. Save Our Seat is for personal use only. If you wish to use it for corporate/commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing.
Privacy policy
We're committed to maintaining your privacy and will do our best to make sure none of your data is misused. Don't worry – we hate spam as much as you do!
We will not distribute, disclose, sell, rent or trade any information on visitors. We will only use any information that we do collect lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We may release your information when we believe, in good faith, that we have to do so to comply with the law.
