Once you're registered, logging in takes a matter of seconds.

When you first log in, you're asked to create a new plan – choosing the groups who are attending and a colour for each one.

Next, you can enter the names of everyone in each group.

Finally, you choose the number and shape of tables to appear on your plan.

We're ready to go!

Your plan is created automatically, along with a colour-coded key.

It's easy to change details of a particular table if you need to.

You can also rename tables …

… Or move them around on the plan.

The guest list is the most important box on your plan.

You can drag it around so it doesn't get in the way.

There are a number of ways to put guests into their seats – the easiest is to drag and drop a guest into a seat.

If your guests are arranged in parties, you can drag a party name to a seat and the whole party will be placed there.

The first guests are in their seats …

It's easy to change the details of a specific guest.

You can also tell the system if there are people who must not sit together.

A warning box appears if there are any clashes between guests.

You can swap guests by clicking on one, then the other.

View guests by sex or attendance.

You can tell the system whether whole parties are coming at once, so you don't need to change the details for every single guest individually.

Once you're ready, you can produce a number of PDFs, including a list of guests, by table …

… or even a table plan. This one is colour-coded, so you can see where each group of people are placed.
